Why choose this course?

This degree is specifically designed to meet the theological needs of candidates for priesthood in the Catholic Church. If you want to study theology, but do not aim to enter the Catholic priesthood, the BA Theology or one of Heythrop’s other theology programmes would be more suitable for you.

If you have already completed a university level study of Philosophy at an approved institution, you can apply for a pathway through this degree which also leads to the Pontifical Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology (STB) via the University of Leuven.
