Heythrop uses the Specialist Institutions' Careers Service (SICS) to provide a comprehensive and highly focused career planning and development service to our students and graduates.
They offer:
access to their career library and online services
a job-finding service and information on current vacancies
help with your CV and application forms
Help with preparing for a job interview
Help deciding what you want to do
1:1 meetings with a careers advisor
careers events throughout the year
internships and volunteering opportunities
support for students with disabilities
How to access the service
Heythrop’s careers adviser is on site one afternoon each week during the autumn and spring terms. In between the on-site sessions, you can use all the resources available on-line or by calling in person to the Specialists Institutions Central Service, based on the 1st floor of Stewart House, just off Russell Square(or by phoning 020 7863 6030 ).
If you are a graduate, you will need to join the GradClub before you can use these services.
