Preparing for your degree
These reading lists will help you as you prepare for your degree programme. University study is about reading for a degree, and the books you buy will have enormous value to you. Some seem expensive, but do not compare with many other student costs.
You are not expected to buy everything on the lists provided here! Only pick items which are required, or which seem particularly interesting and helpful to you. If there are alternative books covering the same ground, then you are free to choose the alternative that seems best.
