Information for academic staff wishing to visit Heythrop College from partner institutions:

Heythrop College is a community of scholars dedicated to the study of Theology and Philosophy and related areas of Psychology. It warmly welcomes academic colleagues from partner institutions within the ERASMUS scheme who wish to contribute to the academic life of the College and gain academic experience of their own.

Heythrop has an excellent Philosophy and Theology Library and staff may participate in a range of activities while visiting the College, such as attending any research seminars or other academic events. 

Any individuals visiting the College on an ERASMUS exchange will have a link tutor whom they can contact for advice and support both before their arrival and during their visit.

Application process:

Applications should be made to the ERASMUS Coordinator. Prior to completing the form the applicant should have made contact with the Head of Department within which the proposed activity would be based:
Pastoral and Social Studies: Dr James Sweeney 
Philosophy: Dr Peter Gallagher
Theology: Dr Michael Kirwan
and any individual member of staff who may be involved in the proposed activities Confirmation of support for the proposal from the home institution will be required.
