Information for Heythrop College non-academic staff wishing to visit a partner institution:
Non academic staff are eligible to apply for ERASMUS funding to visit a partner institution to participate in staff development activities.
Application process:
Anyone interested in participating in this mobility scheme should discuss it initially with their line manager, who will consider the merits of the proposal in the light of other calls on staff time. A short visit may be facilitated by informal arrangements, a longer visit may need special approval from the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Staff should make a formal application via the Quality and Research Coordinator using the form. This will be considered by the ERASMUS Committee which makes recommendations to the Principal.
Post visit activities:
A short report on your visit will be required, stating what activities were undertaken, and highlighting any benefits which can be brought back to Heythrop, for example enhancement to policies or procedures, new external networks etc. Reports will be considered by the ERASMUS Committee and an Annual Report on ERASMUS activities will be presented to the Academic Board
