Theology of Religious Life Course

Conference of Religious Download iCal Event
Event date: Friday 16th January, 4:30pm to Sunday 18th January, 2:00pm

Location: Heythrop College

During this intensive weekend we will explore consecrated life from a wide variety of theological and pastoral perspectives.  Topics include Biblical foundations of the consecrated life, vowed living in the 3rd millennium, consecrated life in the church and personal and community spiritual growth.

Students are encouraged to reflect on their own experience and to engage with that of others.  The course offers an excellent opportunity for personal renewal and lifelong learning.  It can be taken as an audit-only course but is also an accredited course of the University of London that can lead to awards as part of a postgraduate certificate, diploma or master’s degree in theology.

Course tutors will be Dr. James Sweeney CP, Dr. Gemma Simmonds CJ and Dr. Martin Poulsom SDB

This event is run in partnership with the Conference of Religious
