Heythrop has one of the largest Philosophy Departments in the UK, which together with the Theology Department, offer a personalised teaching that is a special part of the student experience at the College. We are a specialist centre for teaching and research in Psychology and religion, while our Pastoral and Social Studies Department brings together study of Christianity and ministry.

Departments are supported by one of the oldest and most important libraries of its kind in Great Britain.
