How do I access my Heythrop email account?

Your Heythrop email account can be accessed using the link and entering your email address and password.

It is expected that email access will continue for up to 5 years following closure of the College. Email usage will continue to be subject to Heythrop Computing Regulations and access can be removed at any time.

How do I change my Heythrop email account password

Up until 31st December 2018 you can continue to email to request a password change. If you are unsure of your password, please make sure you email before this date as we cannot guarantee any requests received after this date will be dealt with.

How do I order a copy of my transcript?

You will be able to continue to request transcripts from Heythrop College up to 14 December 2018. Transcripts will not be available from 17 December 2018 until 31 January 2019. From 1 February 2019 you will be able to request transcripts from the the University of London Transcript Office. See the Ordering a Transcript page for full details.

How do I pay my debt to the College?

Any debts to Heythrop College must be settled before the 31st December 2018 to ensure you receive a copy of your transcript. If you wish to attend the 2017/18 Graduation Ceremony in December you must have paid any outstanding debts by 30th November 2018. Please contact the Finance Office at for details.

How do I stay in touch with fellow Alumni?

The Heythrop Association is a new charity set up to help past Heythrop staff and students to stay in touch.

Can I get in touch with past Heythrop staff?

Some former staff have chosen to leave details of subsequent positions, LinkedIn or addresses on their personal profile pages. See Past Academic and Support Staff for details.

How can I download assignments, coursework or my dissertation?

For a period of time, past students can log in to HELIOS to download assignments, coursework and dissertations. See the Assignments page for full details.

Can I still borrow from the Heythrop Library?

The Heythrop Library has relocated to Senate House, University of London. Please see our Library page for full details.

I still have a Heythrop library book - how do I return it?
