Heythrop College, University of London, has now closed. This page is intended to provide you, our valued alumni, with some information about some of the legacy arrangements put in place for the period after closure.
How do I obtain a copy of my degree certificate, record of learning or achievement?
The University of London currently holds details of degree outcomes for Heythrop alumni. Our records of module marks have been transferred to the University to allow you to obtain duplicate transcripts (records of learning and achievement) as well as degree certificate from the University transcripts office.
From 1 February 2019 you will be able to request transcripts from the University of London Transcript Office. See the Ordering a Transcript page for full details.
How do I stay in touch with fellow Alumni?
HAAS, the Heythrop Association of Alumni and Staff, has established itself as a freestanding charity, The Heythrop Association: email@example.com After consulting with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the Heythrop Alumni Database has been transferred to The Heythrop Association. Can I still borrow from the Heythrop Library?
The Heythrop Library is owned by the Trustees for Roman Catholic Purposes (TRCP). TRCP has arranged for it to be accessible to members of the University of London Senate House Library. Please see our Library page for full details.
Can I obtain an academic reference?
We anticipate that heythrop.ac.uk email accounts will continue to be able to function for a period after the College has closed. You may be able to contact former Heythrop academic staff using their Heythrop email addresses. Some former staff have chosen to leave details of subsequent positions, LinkedIn or Academia.edu addresses on their personal profile pages. See Past Academic and Support Staff for details.
However, it should be noted that since the individuals are no longer employed by the College, they are not under any obligation to respond to reference requests.
Can I access my work on HELIOS?
We anticipate that you will be able to access work you have submitted to HELIOS for three to four years after the closure. See the Assignments page for full details.
How do I access my Heythrop email account?
Your Heythrop email account can be accessed using the http://mail.heythropcollege.ac.uk or http://mail.heythrop.ac.uk link and entering your email address and password.
It is expected that email access will continue for up to 5 years following closure of the College. Email usage will continue to be subject to Heythrop Computing Regulations and access can be removed at any time.

The former Heythrop College site has now been sold - unfortunately past staff and students are unable to visit the site.
