Transcript Applications

To obtain a copy of your transcript, print and complete the form below and send it with your payment (cheques payable to Heythrop College) to the Student Services Centre, Heythrop College, University of London, Kensington Square, London W8 5HN.

Transcript charges per copy (includes postage by first class mail or airmail):
2000 and later: £5 
up to and including 1999: £15

On request, transcripts can be sent to you by courier but payment on delivery will be required.

Degree/Diploma Certificates

Degree/Diploma certificates are issued upon completion of your course of study. They will not be available at the graduation ceremony but will be sent to you directly by the University of London’s Diploma Production Office. They may arrive before or after the date of your graduation.

To obtain a replacement copy of your Degree/Diploma certificate, contact the Diploma Production Office on 020 7862 8301.
