Prices and Registration

Registration will start in March, after the notification of acceptance of abstracts. Please check back then in order to register and pay online.

Authors will be notified of acceptance of their paper/poster/session no later than 31 March 2010.

Prices

Early Registration Prices (ends 30th April at midnight UK time)

£100 - full registration (includes all meals - morning, lunch and afternoon teas on both days and a full 3 course conference dinner on the Saturday night; attendance at all sessions; conference pack; and goodbye drinks and nibbles)

£50 - full time student registration (evidence of full time student status must be provided). Includes the same as full registration

Late Registration Prices (from 1st May)

£120 for full registration

£60 for student registration

 Please note: All registration done online and paid for by credit card is subject to a small transaction fee. This fee covers the cost to use Google checkout. You can opt to pay by cheque (in £) to avoid this small charge.

On-the-day Registration 

£90 full registration (does not include the conference dinner)

£45 student registration (does not include the conference dinner)
