Standard: Thai fish cakes on fresh coriander noodles with a chilli salsa

Vegetarian: Red onion, leek and asparagus tartlet on a rocket and sun dried tomato salsa

Main

Standard: Supreme of chicken stuffed with duxelle wrapped in Serrano ham and served on a red pepper and basil sauce

Vegetarian: Red onion, aubergine and goats cheese stack with a wild mushroom foam served with dauphinoise potatoes, roasted roots and leek au gratin

Dessert

White chocolate and lime bread and butter pudding

or

Tarte au citron

or

Fresh fruit salad with white rum and red chilli syrup

*White and red wine will be served on all tables.

Entree and mains are preset according to your registration form for standard or vegetarian but dessert can be chosen on the night.
