Welcome to Heythrop College!

You have come to study at an exciting place. Heythrop is a Jesuit foundation that traces its origins to 1614. Like all Jesuit educational institutes anywhere (and there are many), we maintain strong traditions of “Cura Personalis” (personal care) and the ideal of becoming men & women for others.

The Chaplains work very closely with the Student Development staff. Together, we aim to provide you with the personal & spiritual support you might need here at Heythrop College.

We hope to be available to you throughout term-time. There is one chaplaincy office in the Copleston Wing, near the theology library, and another in the Main Building, ground floor, opposite the lift. Student development is there, too.
